Good morning and happy Friday!

Another day. Another opportunity to sport one of my favorite trends of the season – statement sleeves. A peak into my makeshift closet these days (an extra bedroom loaded with hanging racks* ) definitely makes it look like I’ve gone a little bonkers over this trend, but as I mentioned here,  a statement sleeve can really elevate your wardrobe basics. It’s a styling detail that’s pretty and feminine.  This simple, cropped grey sweater looks gorgeous with its drapey, ruffle sleeves. Best of all –  I picked it up for less than $100. I also grabbed this one  because I love winter white and the cable knit was a nice touch.

*My new closet floor is being put in as you read this, which means I am truly in the homestretch of what has been the longest closet re-do in history. Cannot wait to get my things moved in. Now I just have to figure out where I’ve put everything :)
