Don’t forget the sunscreen – that’s my mantra as I head out the door each day. I choose one with an SPF of at least 30 but finding the right one is not as easy as it sounds. Things That Caught My Eye This Week

Happy Friday, everyone!  Hope you all had a great week. Between work and getting ready for our mystery move, I’m still having trouble finding enough hours in my day to get it all done. Looks like the fountain of youth may exist after all (well,sort of). If you want to slow down the aging process, then, according to a new study, you had better put on your sunscreen. Researchers confirmed this week what most of us already knew—that in addition to it being a potent weapon against skin cancer, sunscreen is the best anti-aging product on the market.
