THE SHEARLING COAT

Good morning, everyone! How was your weekend? Mine was definitely on the cold side. Not only did it snow (still can’t believe it!) but the temps were in the 20s!!! Hence the cold weather classic I’m wearing in today’s post. The oversized hooded shearling coat was a perfect buffer for this past weekend’s cold snap. Worn with skinny jeans, boots and a cable knit, cashmere sweater, it almost made me forget that it was 27-degrees during this shoot (kind of, but not really). Spring

READING GLASSES

Au courant though they may be at the moment, I would not wear them if I absolutely didn’t have to. But I have to. (Sure, I’ve been wearing readers for a while now, but they’re not really glasses, are they?) I’m talking about having to wear real, prescription strength glasses. Forget the new study from the British College of Optometrists that found that those who wear glasses to a job interview are more likely to land the job than their non-glasses wearing counterparts.  Lets give job interviewers more credit than that.  A person’s intelligence quotient doesn’t get amped up...
