Hope everyone had a great weekend! Lots of outdoor activities for me, biking specifically and a happy hour down at the beach. As fun as the latter was though, I woke up yesterday morning covered in no-see-um bites, which if you know anything about those nasty sand flies you know they are a million times worse than mosquito bites. Let me know if you have any remedies for the crazy itchiness they cause and most importantly how to keep them from biting without having to wear a product with Deet in it.
