Love this! I actually am a big fan of the quote from E. E. Cummings, “The most wasted of all days is one without laughter.” Have a great Sunday!
Great photo…. you and Audrey couldn’t be more spot on about laughter….
To laugh is to provide remedy for all that we must respond to that is out of our control, which is just about everything! I couldn’t imagine a day going by without laughing hard about at least one thing!
The old saying, “Laughter is the best medicine” certainly rings true, as it certainly does cure a multitude of ills!
To laugh is to actively participate in this life; it’s engaging, it’s addictive, it’s contagious. Sometimes, I laugh when I’m not supposed to because of the people involved, or the situation I’m in, just strikes my funny bone as hilarious, and it gets away from me! Then I get on a laugh-riot-roll and the humor and wit (and sometimes very funny marginally inappropriate comments) come pouring out and then EVERYONE cracks up; and what WAS a tense situation has been dissolved into a real feel-good moment. That’s a cure-all!
One of my favorite Audrey quotes!
I cherish laughter…the best! Beautiful photo!!!!
Love every word of this post. Couldn’t agree more with your message. Laughter is truly the best daily dose of medicine.
So true! I also love hearing the carefree laughter of children.
