One Thing: The Belt Bag

How are we feeling about the latest iteration of belt bags? I resisted at first but rather like the newly revamped models on the market right now, especially for the finishing touch they can give any look. Mine is from Tory Burch, and though it could be a tad smaller (a visit to a local artisan’s shop, who specializes in leather goods, should do the trick) I love the luggage-hued leather against my black blouse and skirt. The Perfect Look For A Holiday Luncheon

Good morning! Sharing a chic, understated look today that would be perfect for a holiday luncheon. I switched out my usual black cropped trousers for a fun, flannel gingham pant. How To Dress Down A Formal Skirt

I’ve had this floral-embroidered Alice + Olivia ball skirt hanging in my closet for more than a couple of seasons. I bought it for a formal party but ended up wearing something else instead. Recently I decided to put a totally different spin on it, dressing down its formality with simple basics that make it feel more fun than fairy tale. Please note, you don’t need a pickup truck as an accessory, but it kind of works with this look, don’t you think? (lol) I’ve searched and searched for you in an effort to find the same brocade ball...
