There’s nothing like a crisp white blouse to elevate an outfit, and this one, with its face-framing ruffle neck and three-quarter sleeves is definitely my new favorite. I thought it was a steal when I picked it up at the big Nordstrom sale some weeks back but now it’s on major sale – under $35!!! Trust me when I tell you that you will wear this one often. Alone or under a jacket or blazer, snag this little white blouse while you can.
