Good morning and happy August! (Did I really just type that?!!)

Closet classics are hard to beat. They make getting dressed a breeze and almost always guarantee a chic, polished look. If you’re on the hunt for a little inspiration as we head into summer’s last full month, grab your denim jacket and layer it over a sleek striped dress and you’ll be good to go. I’ve kept things simple here by accessorizing with my favorite slides of the season, a vintage Ferragamo bucket bag and my new Jord watch.
