Good morning!

After all the shoulder-baring tops and dresses I’ve been wearing this summer it almost feels strange to be wearing something with so much coverage.  Yet, here I am in a bold-hued shift dress – no bare shoulders in sight – and loving it.  Truth is, there’s nothing easier to wear than this particular silhouette. It’s classically chic and endlessly versatile, which makes it a wardrobe workhorse. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve reached for this dress this summer. I’ve worn it from day to night and every time I do I’m surprised by how many people stop me to tell me they love my dress. The bold blue color – an instant mood elevator – is one of my favorites and the cotton knit fabric and fringed pockets and sleeves bump up this beauty’s style quotient into the perfect department. I wish I could tell you it’s still available but I purchased it this past spring at a Sara Campbell boutique in Naples, Florida. Not to worry, though, because there are shift dresses galore out there right now and I’m sharing four of my favorites below.
